Do You Accept Returns
We do not accept returns once an order is placed ALL of our products are custom made-to-order just for you! Please make your selections carefully.
I made a mistake and now I want to change it.
Once the order is placed we use the information inserted in the text fields to complete the order. This information is readily available on the cart page for the customer to review prior to checkout. Thus is why we will not accept additional contact via phone or email requesting changes. Please review your information prior to checkout.
My item is defective
Please contact us at info@adorngreekgifts.com within three business days if you believe there is an issue with your order. Attach photos of the product in question to your email and if we indeed find there was an issue on our part we will issue a replacement.
